We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been marked as "Shipped" or a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please provide the following information:
Requests sent via email will be processed during our business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm PST).
If your cancellation request is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
If you have any recurring subscriptions or memberships with us, you can cancel them at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for mid-cycle cancellations.
